Abstract

Background: Fulfilling a person's civil rights is the basis for achieving a level of welfare by being registered in Population Data and Civil Registration. The problem that occurs at the service location is the absence of a child's birth certificate because the parents do not have a marriage book and do not have a North Aceh ID card, which becomes an obstacle to the education process and even becomes an obstacle in fulfilling economic rights for less fortunate families. This service aims to make residents in Lubok Pusaka Village aware of the law to complete their population administration. Method: Observation and Service Learning (SL) involve practical experience, academic learning, and community involvement. This activity was attended by 25 participants consisting of the Acting Head of Stepan District, Lubok Pusaka Village Secretary, Setenpat Hamlet Heads, and several residents as representatives of each hamlet in the village. Results: We have mapped the problems related to population administration that many residents in North Aceh Regency generally experience. Conclusion: Realizing the fulfillment of citizens' access to civil rights requires solid synergy from various government agencies, including from itself.
