Abstract

. The purpose of the proposed article is to generalize the experience of implementing a new type of practical training for bachelors of the 3rd year of study for a pedagogical university. Social practice is aimed at the acquisition by future teachers of experience in organizing the processes of education, upbringing and socialization of students with special educational needs. Taking into account the special educational needs of different categories of students today, in the context of inclusive education development, is a necessary requirement for labor activities, knowledge, and skills of a teacher in accordance with the professional standard of a teacher. The article analyzes the results of a study of the reflection of social practice experience among students, and also offers the results of a focus group with employers and students in order to study their attitude to the phenomenon of inclusive culture and their willingness to act in an inclusive environment.
