Abstract
After defining and establishing the central methodological concepts, this paper aims to establish the main forms of conceiving supraindividual criminal protection of legal assets. That is to say, realistic and substantial conception on the protection of so-called diffuse interests, to formalizing conception provided by the notion of collective legal assets. Additionally, based on this prior discussion, it is intended to clarify and define the essential elements of a future proposal on the protection of public economic order as a possible legal collective asset. To conclude, the changes and the necessary distinctions that are required for the implementation of such notion in our legal system are pointed out.
