Abstract
The article discusses the notion of sleep learning in relation to neuroscientific research on the reinforcement of memory during sleep. Topics include the history of sleep research, the use of targeted memory reactivation (TMR) and electroencephalography (EEG) as techniques, and the novel "Brave New World," by Aldous Huxley.
