Abstract
- The decision-making process in selecting the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program for the company's operational system PT XYZ still uses manuals so it takes a long time to get an ERP program choice that suits the company's needs. Another obstacle to the manual decision-making process is that inaccurate value calculations are still found due to human error. Therefore, in this research, a Decision Support System for Selection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs was made using the AHP method. From the results of the study, it was found that Odoo Open ERP had the highest priority weight, namely 0.452 or 45.2%, NetSuite. has a third priority weight of 0.243 or 24.3% SAP Business One has a third priority weight of 0.316 or 31.6%. Keywords : Enterprise Resource Planning, Decision Support System, AHP Abstrak - Proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan program Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk sistem operasional perusahaan PT XYZ masih menggunakan manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan pilihan program ERP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Kendala lain dari proses pengambilan keputusan secara manual yaitu masih ditemukannya perhitungan nilai yang tidak akurat akibat human eror. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Program Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menggunakan Metode AHP. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Odoo Open ERP memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi yaitu 0,452 atau 45,2%, Netsuite. memiliki bobot prioritas ketiga yaitu 0,243 atau 24,3% SAP Business One memiliki bobot prioritas ketiga yaitu 0,316 atau 31,6%.
