Abstract

- Honda Bintang Adi Sucipto is a specialized repair shop do the repair car paint and body. In the process of serving the car repair repair administration customers still done by manual process which resulted in frequent delays stock car spare parts and paint materials, delays in the schedule of the cars out, making a relatively long reports and less detailed. To deal with the problems of the Administration on the workshop Honda Bintang Adi Sucipto in order not to delay going stock materials, schedule delays do not occur the car and display reports are accurate then it is in need of information system of administration of Body Repair Workshop In the workshop Honda Bintang Adi Sucipto. In this research, system development Method that is used is the waterfall model with needs analysis, system design, system of writing the program code, testing the blackbox, implementation and maintenance. System built based Desktop Client Server using Microsoft Visual Basic.net 2013 as a development tool software (development tool), the Visual Basic programming language and MySQL as its DBMS. The result of the administrative information systems Workshop Body Repair Honda Bintang Adi Sucipto repair shop is able to do On the making of the estimated cost of repair of the car, making the work order, create invoice, handle repair claims from customers, doing recaps material consumption per car, can display the stock of materials and spare parts which are already at the minimum, can display the execution of repairs done mechanics, showing car schedule comes out automatically when the application is used and may present a report on any transaction. Dalam proses melayani perbaikan mobil pelanggan administrasi perbaikan masih dilakukan dengan proses manual yang berdampak pada sering terjadi keterlambatan stok bahan cat dan sparepart mobil, keterlambatan Jadwal mobil keluar, pembuatan laporan yang relatif lama dan kurang terperinci. Untuk menangani permasalahan administrasi pada bengkel Honda Bintang Adi Sucipto agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan stok bahan, tidak terjadi keterlambatan jadwal mobil dan menampilkan laporan yang akurat maka di perlukan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Bengkel Body Repair Pada Bengkel Honda Bintang Adi Sucipto. Dalam penelitian ini, Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall model dengan langkah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian dengan metode blackbox, implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dibangun berbasis Dekstop Client Server menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic.net 2013 sebagai tool pengembangan perangkat lunak (development tool), bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic dan MySQL sebagai DBMS nya. Hasil dari sistem informasi Administrasi Bengkel Body Repair Pada Bengkel Honda Bintang Adi Sucipto mampu melakukan pembuatan estimasi biaya perbaikan mobil, membuat work order, membuat invoice, menangani klaim perbaikan dari pelanggan, melakukan rekap pemakaian bahan setiap mobil, dapat menampilkan stok bahan dan sparepart yang sudah pada batas minimun, dapat menampilkan pelaksanaan perbaikan yang dilakukan mekanik, menampilkan jadwal mobil keluar secara otomatis saat aplikasi digunakan dan dapat menyajikan laporan pada setiap transaksi perbaikan.
