Abstract
In 1980 Petrilli and Morrow compared the toxicity of actinomycin D given in five daily doses with the toxicity of a larger single dose in a biweekly treatment schedule for gestational trophoblastic disease. They found no significant difference in adverse effects and concluded that further study of this single dose regimen was in order.
