Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low sensitivity and large interference to the dust flow field when the rod electrostatic sensor detects pipe dust, the narrow strip electrostatic sensor is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the high fidelity 3D finite element model of narrow strip electrostatic sensor, pipe and dust particles is established by COMSOL software. By gridding the model, the electrostatic field distribution in the pipeline under the action of charged dust is simulated. Then the spatial sensitivity distribution of the narrow strip electrostatic sensor in the dust pipe is analyzed. Finally, the influence of the length, width and thickness of the strip electrostatic sensor on the spatial sensitivity of the narrow strip electrostatic sensor is analyzed, which provides a basis for the structural design of the high sensitivity narrow strip electrostatic sensor.
