Abstract

In the article the members of the organizing committee of the Shamova Pedagogical Readings, who have headed it for more than 15 years, describe the content and features of professional communication that supports the development of one of the leading domestic scientific schools in education management – school of Management of Educational Systems. The purpose of the article – based on the analysis of the experience of organizing and holding scientific and practical conferences, to determine the prospects for the development of a scientific school of Management of Educational Systems.
