Abstract
Objective To observe the aminophylline combineel Ketotifen cough variant asthma in children' s treatment. Methods 64 cases met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 32 cases, combined with Ketotifen treatment of aminophylline; control group, 32 patients with oral inflammatory drugs and Cough syrup. Curative effect were observed and compared. Results Ketotifen by aminophylline treatment efficiency reached 93.8%. Conclusion Use of aminophylline and ketotifen treatment of children with cough variant asthma and worthy of clinical application. Key words: Cough variant asthma; Children; Aminophylline; Ketotifen
