Abstract

The present study examined the sex differences in job satisfaction of staff and faculty in a Southeastern University. No significant differences between university staff and faculty were found. However, there were significant differences between males and females in that males tended to have higher satisfaction with pay than females, whereas females tended to have higher satisfaction with co-workers than males. The findings were discussed in light of people's attitudes toward money.
