Abstract
The separation of Ru-nuclides in the gas phase has been investigated. The Ru-nuclides were produced by a Cf-252 source. A detailed study of the behaviour of Ru-nuclides which form volatile compounds with oxygen has been carried out. The separation yields of Ru are given as a function of the oxygen concentration, the temperature of the cooling trap and the temperature of the transportation tube.
