Abstract

The article considers the problems of semantic dynamics of formation and development of the professional management system. Management development is studied in the context of technological competitiveness of the economy. Strategic concepts of development of the theory and practice of management which have formed professional guidelines of management and its modern innovative dynamics are defined. The key provisions of the model of semantic dynamics of professional management, which are formed on the basis of semantic judgments, semantic series of interaction and professional essence of the management system, are analyzed. The key provisions that form the essence of professional management and its further development are considered. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the semantic series of professional management, the characteristics of their types and functional characteristics. Attention is also paid to certain types of semantic series of interaction, namely the subject-object interaction in management as exclusively human interaction, basic elements of the management system, the formation of integral quality management, "new normality" of management during the fourth industrial revolution Industry 4.0 and the formation of an integrated society 5.0. The importance of innovative dynamics of the management system and the conditions for reducing transaction costs that hinder the development of the digital economy are shown. The necessity of transformation of the managerial elite and its responsibility for the development of the innovative economy is proved. Attention is focused on the professional qualities of management staff, which must meet the conditions of efficiency and effectiveness of modern management and ensure the technological competitiveness of the economy.
