Abstract
The Image, Video, and Multidimensional Signal Processing (IVMSP) title combines within it a broad scope of technical areas dealing with the representation, processing, analysis, classification, compression, and transmission of still images, video, and general multidimensional data. Within the IEEE Signal Processing Society, the IVMSP Technical Committee (IVMSP-TC) has the charter of promoting and guiding the advancement of these technical areas.
