Abstract

The article substantiates the approach to the concept of "security" as a state in which there are conditions for human development and human society. The rationale is based on the well-known achievements in the field of natural Sciences about the property of self-organization of matter, which determines the processes of development. The role of religions, culture, structures and forms of state structure and management, relations between the state and religions are considered in the formation of conditions for the development of religions. On this basis, an attempt is made to formulate the necessary conditions for ensuring the security of the state. The analysis of the impact of information systems, including digital democracy on development is carried out. The main security threats to human society and promising development options are analyzed, taking into account the approaching singularity point.
