Abstract
This article examines the subdivision of basketball skill improvement and individual differences, pointing out the enhancing effect of biomechanics on training rationality, and also examining the importance of athletes' psychological regulation on skill release. Among them, the team tactical system is constantly constructed based on the characteristics of confrontation, and exercises and on-site operations should be combined to ensure the effectiveness and flexibility of the overall tactical layout. The monitoring and evaluation methods of exercise load monitoring, technical and tactical effect evaluation, and physical function testing provide continuous optimization power for basketball training.
