Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of introducing a gender approach into the educational process using play. The author examines various points of view on the concept of play and its functions, and also, based on the generalization of scientific and methodological literature, substantiates the importance of using various types of games in history lessons to form the gender identity of adolescents
