Abstract

Aim: This research aims to study and compare satisfaction towards classroom language training courses of English teachers in Primary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand. This study focuses on five areas: courses content, training instructor, training method, training facilities and training knowledge perception and comparing English teachers’ satisfaction towards classroom language training courses in Primary Educational Service Area Office in Nakhon Pathom Province by gender, teaching experience and school sizes.Method: The study population were 28 English teachers in Primary Educational Service Area Office in Nakhon Pathom Province. The research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance.Findings: The findings of this study were as follows: 1. English teachers were satisfied with classroom language training courses overall and in each area at a high level except the facilities to support training courses being at a moderate level. 2. Comparing the English teachers’ satisfaction towards classroom language training courses.Implications/Novel Contribution: This study is critical because it adds substantial literature related to language training and offers valuableguidelines for improvement for students and teachers.
