Abstract

Ushbu ishda kimyoviy cho‘ktirish usuli yordamida kremniy plastinkasi sirtida sintez qilingan rux oksidi nanokristallarining strukturasi va optik xossalariga qizdirish haroratining ta’siri zamonaviy tadqiqot usullaridan foydalanib kompleks tarzda o‘rganilgan. Rux oksidi nanokristallari mufel pechida 500 oC haroratda 1 soat qizdirilganda ularning tashqi sirtida diametri ~100 va chuqurligi ~30 nm atrofida bo‘lgan konussimon shakldagi chuqurchalar paydo bo‘lishi aniqlangan. Yuqori haroratda qizdirish natijasida sintez qilingan ZnO nanokristallarining kristallik darajasi va optik sifati sezilarli darajada pasayishi ko‘rsatilgan.
