Abstract

Ishda 15%Ni•5%Co•5%Fe•5%Cu/YuKS va 15%Ni•5%Co•5%Fe•5%Cu•2%Mo/YuKS tarkibli katalizatorlar ishtirokida nanouglerodli qatlamlar hosil bo’lish tezligiga metanni katalitik pirolizlash jarayonining turli parametrlari (katalizator qavati qalinligi, gaz faza harakatlanish tezligi, jarayonni o’tkazish haroratlari) ning ta’siri o’rganilgan. 15%Ni•5%Co•5%Fe•5%Cu/YuKS katalizatorda nanouglerod hosil bo’lishiga harorat ta’siri bo’yicha tajribalar gaz harakatining 300 sm/daq chiziqli tezligida, katalizatorning 10 g massali va qatlamining 1 sm atrofida qalinlikdagi miqdorlarida 600, 650 va 700℃ haroratlarda amalga oshirilgan. Tajribalar natijalariga ko’ra, katalizator 100 minut ishlashi davomida 600, 650 va 700℃ haroratlarda mos ravishda 7,19; 17.34; 21.2 g/gkat ni tashkil etgan.
