Abstract
On the basis of presenting the concept of Ho Chi Minh style, summarize Ho Chi Minh's style in the following aspects: thinking, working, leading, expressing, behaving, and living, generalizing legal issues basic theories of pedagogical training such as the concept of pedagogical training, the pedagogical training process and the classification of some pedagogical skills, the article proposes measures to train pedagogical skills according to the Ho Chi Minh style in teacher training in pedagogical schools today. The main content of the article presents three methods of training pedagogical skills, from generalization such as pedagogical training under the motto “Learning goes hand in hand with practice, theory with reality” to specific measures such as practicing speaking and writing skills, and practicing behavioral skills in pedagogical situations. To clarify the proposed measures, the article analyzes some examples.
