Abstract

The article deals with the problems of uncertainty and risk in the activity of enterprises. Generalized theoretical approaches to the identification of risks of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. On the basis of the study of the theoretical basis of valuation of foreign economic activity, the criteria, principles of information, as well as the main components of information and analytical support of foreign economic activity of the enterprise were identified. Developed practical recommendations for the improvement of the risk management system of the enterprise. The main shortcomings in the formation of the list of groups and types of risks of the enterprise's foreign economic activity, the principles and stages of the classification process are highlighted. The problematic issues of risk assessment and insurance are highlighted, expediency of recording of losses from them is substantiated. The expediency of development of the system of self-insurance of risks by subjects of foreign economic activity is proved. The components of an integrated system for assessing the risks of foreign economic activity of enterprises are substantiated. The conceptual foundations of the need for the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for managing risks of foreign economic activity of enterprises are considered. It is noted that the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the risk of foreign economic activity of an enterprise is an integral part of the risk management system, which is intended for the practical implementation of risk management of foreign economic activity to achieve the goals set for the enterprise and has a certain structure, methods, levers, and tools for influencing the management object according to the relevant legal , normative, financial, personnel, software and information support. The article defines the key tasks of the department of risk management of foreign economic activity at the enterprise, the main requirements and variants of its formation.
