Abstract

Investing in the purchase of real estate at auction is one of the most relevant areas of modern business and an excellent tool for making a profit, acquiring assets in a working business. Professional investors have seriously entered this market since the end of 2018, however, a few managers know the specifics of risk analysis for transactions conducted in this market. According to the author, despite the difficult economic situation, the market remains voluminous (the annual increase in incoming property for auction is estimated at millions of units of property) with the value of lots from 100 thousand rubles to several billion.
