Abstract
The article describes the criminological characteristics of the person committed hooliganism in the Siberian Federal district. The study of the personality of a hooligan at the regional level was conducted on the basis of materials of criminal cases of hooliganism in the Siberian Federal district for the period 2015-2020. The description is an analysis of a number of characteristics (gender, age, social status, level of education, marital status, moral and psychological characteristics, personal deformities). Examples are given that confirm the conclusions of the study. Attention is focused on the importance of studying the personality of a bully in order to develop the most effective measures to prevent bullying. The main result of the study is a generalized portrait of the person who committed a crime under article 213 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal district.
