Abstract
Wrist arthrodesis performed to salvage a failed total wrist arthroplasty can be challenging owing to bone loss and poor soft tissue quality. This article focuses on the evidence base and our experience as a tertiary unit in managing this cohort of patients. A systematic and meticulous approach is required to attempt to minimize complications. Level of evidence: V
