Abstract

Three new species in the subgenus Piperamarginella, genus Marginella the Eastern Cape, South Africa, are described. The study originated when material, all identified under M. (P.) monozona W.H. Turton, 1932, turned out to be four different species. The following new species are described: M. (P.) buffaloensis n. sp., M. (P.) lindaswartae n. sp. and M. (P.) gonubiensis n. sp.
