Abstract
Typhoon disaster is an event with low probability, it will have disruptive effect on the power system and increase the outage rate of all equipment. Effective risk-based optimal power flow dispatch of power system is conducive to improve the ability of power grid to resist typhoon disaster. Firstly, this paper reviews the algorithms and the existing optimized dispatching models at home and abroad. Secondly, it summarizes and evaluates the methods of power system destructive research under typhoon disaster. And the power system optimal dispatch under natural disasters is reviewed. Finally, the summary and the future prospect of optimal dispatch considering power system risk under typhoon disaster are given.
