Abstract

Effective risk-based optimal dispatch of power system is conducive to improv the ability of power grid to resist typhoon disaster while facing typhoon disasters. Therefore, a real-time dispatch model considering operation risk under typhoon disaster is presented in this paper. The model is constructed by considering the power system operation cost and risk. It also defined the real-time line fault rate and the branch overload value. It has achieved the unified effect of economy and security of the system. Through the simulation analysis of IEEE-30 standard test system, the proposed model is verified to be scientific and effective. The simulation results show that the dispatch considering the real-time line failure rate is more suitable for practical applications. At the same time, it also proves that under the typhoon disaster, with the continuous increase of the load level, the operating cost and risk indicators of the system become correspondingly larger, which are consistent with the actual situation, which verifies the effectiveness of the method in this paper.
