Abstract

The effective optimal dispatch operation of power system under typhoon disaster is conducive to improve the ability of power system to resist typhoon disaster. Therefore, a day-ahead dispatch model under typhoon disaster is proposed in this paper. The load characteristics during typhoon period is analyzed at first. Then, the dynamic optimal power flow model of power system is given, the day-ahead dispatch can be determined with the load data of typhoon day. Finally, IEEE30 bus standard system is simulated and analyzed. The proposed models are verified to be scientific and effective.
