Abstract

The present study brings to the fore a topic as old as the world and always current, indispensable for the coexistence of people and the deciphering of the human species: the analysis of personality in a bio-psychological, but also socio-economic-cultural context. The introduction presents the intentions of the author, Viorel Robu, to review the historical approaches to the concept of personality and the implications of its knowledge in the training of specialists in the field of psychology, psychiatry, sociology, education, as detailed in the four chapters.
