Review Jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts

Abstract

The DIFC Judicial Authority, alias, the DIFC Courts are the only common law courts in the UAE. The DIFC Courts carry their own procedural rules and jurisdictional structure. One of such important structures pertains to the exercise of review jurisdiction. This article attempts to present an outline to the same as per the Rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre Court 2007 (‘RDC’).
