Retrospective analysis of Stage III～IV Endometriosis conservative surgery in patients

Abstract

Objective To explore a stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ endometriosis after conservative surgery in patients with recurrence rates and related factors.Methods Retrospective analysis of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ underwent conservative surgery for endometriosis in patients with clinical data,analysis and staging of recurrence,mode of operation,postoperative whether the relationship between drug use.Results After 5 years the cumulative recurrence rate was 49.25%,the probability of recurrence of similar patient per year.Recurrence rate of patients with endometrial different stages of the higher living increase,Ⅲ,Ⅳ patients with 5-year recurrence rates were 36.67% ,59.46% ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ patients with the relapse rate by the difference between was significant both P ＜ 0.05); was added Dafei Lin,gestrinone patients treated with 5-year recurrence rate was 43.48% and 44.83% ,no medication of patients with recurrence rate was 66.67%,the untreated group and treatment group difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05),Da Feilin group compared gestrinone was no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05) ,note after suppression of ovarian secretory function of using drugs and reduce the recurrence a certain degree of relationship; open surgery and laparoscopic surgery and endometriosis recurrence rate was 48.28% and 50% ,in com parison with no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The pelvic endometriosis is a chronic relapsing progressive disease,Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage of endometriosis after conservative surgery in patients with high recurrence rate after ovarian suppression by drugs that can reduce the secretory function and the recurrence rate,but still as high as 50% ,its treatment should be as far as possible based on patient' s age,the stage of endometriosis and other options more appropriate individualized treatment programs.
