Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical methods of fungal sinusitis, according to different extent of the lesion using the appropriate surgical approach. Clinical reached in one step. Methods Knalysis of 18 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis in patients with clinical manifestations, combined with nasal endoscope and CT examination,the development of different surgical approaches to remove nasal sinus lesions,fully open sinuses and nasal endoscope on a regular basis. Results Follow-up 6 months to 3 years,were cured,Ⅰ case of cost,recurrence in 2 cases. Endoscope relapse of medication, after the hydrogen peroxide rinse Dousing cured. Conclusion Nasal endoscope and surgical treatment of fungal sinusitis, lesions completely cleared and drainage unobstructed, good curative effect. Key words: Fungal; Sinusitis; Endoscope surgery
