Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical principles and the development of practical recommendations about the influence of resource providing on the development of the social infrastructure of the region. The providing of the effective functioning and the development of social infrastructure in the interests of the population requires the organization of the preparation of the corresponding personnel and the formation of the appropriate level of material and technical base which is relevant to the up-to-date needs of the population. For the realization of the set up aim the measures of organizational-personnel, informational-analytical and financial providing of the development of social infrastructure of the region are offered in the article.For the realization of the organizational-personnel and resource providing, a scheme of regional management for the development of social infrastructure has been worked out. It is based on personnel providing the objects of the social infrastructure of the region in accordance with modern requirements and priorities. To attract additional financial support for the development of social infrastructure, measures have been proposed to create a favorable investment climate, to develop innovative projects and to support small and medium-sized businesses. It is substantiated that important elements of information and analytical support is an expert support of management activity and monitoring of public opinion. There is a model for collecting and systematizing information for improving the work of the information-analytical platform about the satisfaction of the population of the region with social services in the article.
