Abstract
La presente obra analiza, tal y como se indica en su título: “Sociedad Plural y Nuevos Retos del Derecho”, una realidad social que tiene provocado el mundo jurídico, sus ordenamientos y aplicación del derecho en la actualidad, una vez que las normas jurídicas no tienen, necesariamente, una constante correlación temporal y espacial con los hechos de la sociedad civil y los formatos de estado.
