Abstract

Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP)B1 is an important molecular markerin the early stage of lung cancer. RNA interference is a new gene blockage technology which achieves post-transcriptional gene silencing through specific degradation of Mrna of target genes. It is widely found inanimals and plants, and plays an important role in defending the invasion of exogenous genes and abnormalexpression of autogene, hnRNP B1 siRNA can inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells, and is expectedto be one of the reasonable strategies for gene therapy of early lung cancer. Key words: RNA interference; Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein B1; Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein B1 small interfering RNA; Lung cancer
