Abstract
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein B1 (hnRNP B1) is expressed in various tissue types of lung cancer,and is a very sensitive indicator in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.Small interfering RNA (siRNA) can mediate RNA interference in cells,identify specific mRNA,silence homologous gene expression,successfully block the expression of RNA.Any protein which is coded by mRNA and related to diseases can be selectively eliminated by siRNA.hnRNP B1-specific siRNA can be expressed stably in vivo,inhibit expression of hnRNP B1 gene in lung cancer cells specifically and efficiently.So it is hopeful to be one of the reasonable strategies for gene therapy of lung cancer.
