Abstract
Based on the concept of life cycle and the conditions of 220kV station, the technology and economy of GIS, HGIS and AIS of 220kV and 110kV sides are compared, the main cost of 30 years’ construction from putting the equipment into operation to decommissioning are analyzed, and the cost from 2049 to 2019 according to the discount rate are calculated. Based on the life cycle cost objective function, the optimal solution is obtained, and the lowest cost distribution device selection scheme is obtained.
