Abstract

The career planning and employment guidance courses in colleges and universities play a crucial role in helping students prepare for their future careers. However, with the rapid changes in the economy and job market, these courses need to be reformed and innovated to better meet the evolving needs of students. This thesis explores the current status of career planning and employment guidance courses in colleges and universities in the new era, identifies the challenges faced by these courses, and proposes strategies for reform and innovation.
