Research on the Problem of Promoting the Development of Oil and Gas Industry by Private Equity Investment Fund

Abstract

The perspective of strengthening the financing of oil and gas industry in the capital market, the protruding characteristics of oil and gas industry financing is analyzed, the attributes of high risk, single investment subject and complex technology integration, put forward the private equity investment with long-term investment as the main investment strategy, speeding up the financing efficiency of the oil and gas industry, highlight the optimal allocation of social capital. To promote the expansion of the financing channels of the oil and gas industry, in this paper, the application process of private equity fund to promote the development of oil and gas industry, the existing problems of the existing policy environment, operating environment and exit mechanism are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of the new economic era, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on improving the development of oil and gas industry by private equity investment fund, thus effectively relieving the financing way of the oil and gas industry is not smooth, accelerating technological innovation and increasing efficiency.
