Abstract

This paper makes an in-depth investigation and Research on the existing performance evaluation model of government purchase of public services, and through the actual operation of C District Archives Department, analyzes the main problems existing in the current financial indicators, such as overemphasizing the measurement of explicit costs and not giving the public the due status as customers. In view of these problems and defects, this paper further discusses the importance of information data in the modern society, and according to the original intention and core elements of government purchase of public service performance evaluation, combined with big data technology, puts forward optimization and improvement measures. This measure further promotes the scientific evaluation ability of local government's public service ability performance, and effectively constructs the mutual benefit and symbiosis mode between the public and the public departments and enterprises, and fundamentally solves the main problems in the traditional performance evaluation mode.
