Abstract
The smart city 3D visualization management platform based on big data technology realizes the scene display of various objects and data under the jurisdiction of government departments with the help of 3D geographic information fusion technology. Build a Google Earth style three-dimensional panoramic display of the earth, realize the level-by-level visualization from the earth to provinces, cities, districts and counties, parks to key buildings, realize the three-dimensional visualization of geographic information base map, roads, buildings, water system, contour terrain, key buildings, etc. Display the spatial distribution and density of each facility component in the urban three-dimensional scene, intelligently monitor, analyse and mine the status data and operation data of equipment and facilities in combination with big data technology, so as to realize intelligent perception and decision support. The smart city technology architecture is divided into four layers: perception layer, network layer, data layer and application layer. The perception layer is composed of PC, mobile terminal and various sensors to collect and monitor the information data of urban transportation, communication, energy, environment and life. It is characterized by "ubiquitous perception". The network layer is mainly composed of Internet, Internet of things, communication network, radio and television network and other basic communication facilities. It provides "efficient transmission" of urban information anytime and anywhere through wired and wireless broadband networks. The data layer is the brain of the smart city, which manages the core asset of the city - data. The data layer adopts cloud computing technology, combined with the construction of four basic databases such as economy, population, legal person, geography and professional databases such as transportation, public security, education and medical treatment, to provide "intelligent" services such as data sharing, data mining, data analysis, decision support and statistical analysis, so as to effectively support intelligent decision-making. The application layer consists of smart government, smart industry and smart people's livelihood, including e-government, digital urban management, smart transportation, smart tourism and smart community. When building smart applications, we need to be people-oriented and select the required smart applications scientifically and reasonably in combination with urban development planning.
