Abstract
目的 应用辛醇对戊二醛处理后的猪主动脉瓣进行化学改性,观察其防钙化效果.方法将戊二醛交联的猪主动脉瓣经辛醇进行化学改性处理,剪成1 cm2大小的试片,植入SD大鼠背部皮下,60 d后,取出标本进行组织钙含量测定.结果辛醇改性后的猪主动脉瓣试片钙平均含量为(2.174±1.052)μg/mg干重,与戊二醛组试片的钙平均含量(5.803±3.361)μg/mg干重相比,钙化明显减轻(均P＜0.01).结论戊二醛鞣制的猪主动脉瓣经辛醇改性后可显著延缓钙化发生。
