Abstract

ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the Internet of Things, to solve the problems of backward monitoring mode and high cost of temperature control equipment in heat runner system, a multivisualization remote temperature control scheme based on Internet of Things was proposed in order to make the productmore competitive. First of all, ZigBee, GPRS, Socket and other network communication technologies were used for the comprehensive construction of communication management software architecture. Multi-thread network programming technology solved the problem of communication blocking caused by high concurrency in the interactive process of system data. Secondly, by combining the monitoring terminal equipment such as mobile phone, computer and temperature control box industrial control panel, the system can realize the design and development of the system’s multivisualized real-time monitoring platform and meet the diversified monitoring. The system has been applied in a hot runner system manufacturing enterprise.
