Abstract
This thesis mainly studies the teaching mode led by participatory learning and interactive teaching, which the BOPPPS model is introduced into the mixed teaching mode of "online + offline" to analyze the modern teaching mode of "International Commercial Law" course. Under this model, the problems faced by the course design of International Commercial Law are given corresponding solutions in the implementation process.
