Abstract
As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, and scientific and technological innovation serves as the source of national core competitiveness, the innovation of scientific research talent cultivation mode in colleges and universities has become particularly urgent. Taking the cultural thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as a theoretical guide, this study thoroughly researches its specific application and influence in the cultivation of innovative scientific research talents in colleges and universities, aiming to provide theoretical and practical support for the modernization of China s higher education system and the enhancement of scientific and technological innovation capacity.
