Abstract
The era of knowledge economy puts forward new requirements for the management of human resources in colleges and universities. The human resources management system in universities must be innovative in order to promote the development of higher education. This article describes the innovation of the human resource management mechanism of colleges and universities based on computer-assisted technology, and proposes measures to establish a mechanism to improve the total talent resources in College resources, the optimization and update mechanism of existing human resources in colleges and universities, and the innovation resource management mechanism.
