Abstract

Mechanical manufacturing is a complex dynamic process, including the processing equipment, fixtures, testing equipment, processing objects and process control personnel, etc‥ In order to identify the key factors accurately in the process of mechanical manufacturing, this paper takes into account the interaction between factors, and puts forward the method of quantitative analysis of key factors based on Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and entropy weight. First of all, the influence factors of the process are analyzed from six aspects, such as employee, manufacturing equipment, material, process method, measurement and production processing environment. Secondly, based on this, the weight of each factor is calculated by DEMATEL method and entropy weight method, and the influencing factors are sorted by comprehensive weight. Finally, the method is applied to a practical example. The results show that the key process factors determined by the proposed method have some significance for guiding production.
