With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology, the channels for teachers and students to obtain information in higher vocational colleges have increased, and the quantity and variety of information they acquired become increasingly complicated. Under the influence of the global coronavirus epidemic, the “Internationalization at Home” education and teaching model has become one of the important components of the teaching activities of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges domestically. By integrating one’s feelings of his family and his country and telling stories of China well, the content of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges can be enriched, which is of great significance to cultivate students, patriotism and realize the fundamental task of moral education.
