Abstract
In this paper, an efficient H-bridge LLC resonant DC-DC converter based on SiC MosFet is studied. The mathematical model of topological structure is established by using First Harmonic Approximation, (FHA). The steady - state characteristic of H - bridge LLC resonant DCDC converter is analyzed. For improving the efficiency of the converter and realizing the stability of the output voltage under different load conditions, the synchronous rectification and phase shift control strategy are designed. The experiment of H-bridge LLC resonant DCDC converter based on SiC MosFet is designed and ZVS and ZCS without control are realized. And then the efficiency of synchronous rectification and phase shift control is verified while the load changed. Finally, the system efficiency curve is fitted through different loading conditions, and the highest efficiency of the system over 98% has achieved.
